Filming starts of Capitan America: The Winter Soldier

Marvel Studios, began production of the film in Los Angeles, California. The film will also feature locations in Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, D.C. Anthony and Joe Russo (Welcome to Collinwood) is the duo that directs the film, from a screenplay written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.

The film marks the return of Chris Evans, as the classic superhero Steve Rogers/Captain America, together with Scarlett Johansson in the role of the Black Widow and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. Also, the actor Robert Redford joins the stellar cast as agent Alexander Pierce, a senior leader within the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization. The producer of the film is Kevin Feige, current president of Marvel Studios. Alan Fine, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo, y Stan Lee are the Executive Producers. The artistic production team includes Director of Photography Trent Opaloch (Elysium, District 9) and Production Designer Peter Wenham (21 Jump Street, Fast Five).

The second part of the saga resumes action from the end of The Avengers: Los Vengadores, when Steve Rogers strives to carry out his role in the modern world and joins Natasha Romanoff, known as Black Widow, to fight a gloomy and powerful enemy of today, in Washington, D.C. The film hits theaters in Latin America in 2014.
