Regarding the announcement, Braen said, “I have had a wonderful time at NATPE and, while I’ll terribly miss the association and its people, I feel that the time has come to spread my wings and take a look at the entertainment business from a different angle. With my background at NATPE and past experience at Showtime and creative consultancies, I am extremely excited to bring my skill set to help other companies flourish through a deeper understanding of the myriad strategic marketing opportunities available to them in this increasingly digital and global business.”

Rod Perth, President and CEO of NATPE, added, “I am very pleased to see Beth take on a brand new role. She has been a highly respected and significant member of the NATPE management team and I know she is keen to experience other aspects of the entertainment business. I can only wish her well in her next adventure.”
