HBO has just invited its audience to take the first steps in the new WATCHMEN universe through the launch of its first podcast in Latin America. Each week, new episodes analyze in depth all the details of the new original series.
Set in an alternative universe in which masked vigilantes operate outside the law, WATCHMEN embraces nostalgia of one of the most influential graphic novels in history, while seeking to build its own path. Fiorella Sargenti and Luciano Banchero, two passionate comic fans and pop culture lovers, are in charge of analyzing and commenting on each episode immediately after its premiere on HBO.
WATCHMEN, the official podcast of the original HBO series, will have 10 deliveries available free of charge on HBO GO, the hbolatam.com website and YouTube when each episode of the series ends, and hours later it can also be heard on Spotify, Google Podcast, Apple Podcast and Deezer.
The podcast guides the audience through the universe of the series, its characters, its creators and cast, in addition to reviewing in detail everything that is known so far and the clues of what is to come. Each week analyzes in depth at what happens in each episode, automatically after its broadcast on HBO. The podcast will culminate with a closing episode, after the end of the first season.
This initiative is in addition to other HBO proposals that propose to expand the fan experience around their favorite content, outside the time of its on-screen broadcast. Such is the case of HBO Extras, HBO’s second-screen app that provides aditional information from behind the camera, memes and other interesting data about its main programs.

Who is Fiorella Sargenti?
She is a journalist, radio and podcast host. Was editor of La Cosa Cine, Argentina’s leading pop culture magazine, where she continues writing. She hosts the Sensacional Éxito radio program with Luciano Banchero, every night on radio Metro 95.1. Previously, hosted diverse programs in Rock & Pop. Is a film and series columnist in the popular radio program Basta de Todo and conducts several podcasts specialized in film and series. This is her first podcast with HBO, having hosted the Spoiler Alert after show on their digital platforms.
Who is Luciano Banchero?
He is a journalist, entrepreneur, radio and podcast host. Hosts the Sensacional Éxito radio program with Fiorella Sargenti, every night in Metro 95.1. Is co-founder and content director of podcast producer Posta, where he also hosts several shows. He wrote the book Futuro Pop: A Guide to Living in a Sci-Fi Universe, published by Paidós. This is his first podcast with HBO, having hosted the Spoiler Alert after show on their digital platforms.
