The event was scheduled for April 28 and 29 and has been postponed to be held on September 28 and 29, 2020.
The organization of ONSeries Lisboa reported that the first edition of the Showcase has been postponed. The decision, made by the promoters of the meeting, has been adopted after monitoring the international expansion of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Géraldine Gonard, “This is a time of great international concern and we do not wish to unnecessarily expose participants and workers to any potential risk. Undoubtedly, in September, we will have the opportunity to present the Portuguese content and talent to all those international executives who have already asked us to participate and we will add many more countries that, unfortunately, today due to health, border closure and airspace, they could not travel to Lisbon. We trust and wish that this situation generated by the coronavirus pandemic will be controlled and resolved soon.”
This change in dates means that ONSeries broadens the time to submit projects to the open calls of PITCH SHORT-FORM SERIES and the ONideas contest. In the coming days, through the website, newsletter and social networks of the event, more details of the project selection process and the closing dates for each call will be released.
