hopes to strengthen its presence in the territory of Brazil with the appointment of former executive of TV Bandeirantes, Paula Cavalcanti, as Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based in S\u00e3o Paulo, Cavalcanti will report to Sangeeta Desai, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Emerging Markets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The executive took Daniela Busoli\u2019s place, who left FremantleMedia last month to start her own company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paula is now responsible for the daily operation with a green light for the development and production of programming for all platforms, working closely with global production, licensing and sales teams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paula has built a brilliant career and most recently served as production manager of the air channel Bandeirantes Group, and the Bandsports and Bandnews cable channels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sangeeta Desai said Paula is a highly experienced and talented creative, with strong relationships in the Brazilian market, by which \u00a0is expected to boost business in this important country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paula on the other hand, is confident that FremantleMedia with the reputation of having high-quality content is a springboard to unleash their
