FOX Networks Group (FNG) Latin America announced the start of the filming of \u201c2091\u201d, an original blockbuster that from this week takes place in Bogota, Colombia.<\/p>\n

Created and written by Andr\u00e9s Gel\u00f3s (Cumbia Ninja, Kdabra<\/em>) and produced by FOX Telecolombia, integral producer of FNG Latin America, is a new dramatic series which refers to not-so-distant future in which the human race has exhausted all their natural resources getting to the brink of extinction, and as the only way out is to go back to believing in connecting to that man called palpitating heart, must\u00a0fight\u00a0robotization\u00a0if\u00a0we\u00a0want to\u00a0survive\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0species.<\/p>\n

Starring\u00a0Colombians\u00a0Manolo Cardona (\u201cCoraz\u00f3n de Le\u00f3n\u201d \u201cPalabra de Ladr\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>), Angie Cepeda (\u201cFamilia en Venta<\/em>\u201d \u201cLa semilla del Silencio<\/em>\u201d), Mexicans Christopher Von Uckermann (\u201cKdabra\u201d) and <\/em>Cristina Rodlo (\u201cEl Capit\u00e1n\u201d<\/em>); next to a great panregional casting composed of renowned figures, as Argentinian Ludovico Di Santo (\u201cLa Leona\u201d<\/em>), Luz Cipriota (\u201cSoy Luna\u201d, \u201cLos vecinos en guerra\u201d<\/em>); Chileans Benjam\u00edn Vicu\u00f1a (\u201cSitiados\u201d<\/em>) y Gonzalo Vivanco (\u201cKdabra\u201d<\/em>); Colombians Natalia Reyes (\u201cCumbia Ninja\u201d<\/em>), Flora Mart\u00ednez (\u201cRosario Tijeras\u201d<\/em>); Mexican Julio Bracho (\u201cBajo el mismo cielo\u201d, \u201cCantinflas\u201d), <\/em>Paruvians Salvador del Solar (\u201cCumbia Ninja\u201d<\/em>) and Jason Day (\u201cEl Capo 2\u201d<\/em>) and Venezuelan Jean Paul Leroux (\u201cQuiero Amarte\u201d, \u201cTiempo Final\u201d<\/em>), among others.<\/p>\n

With a cinematic approach to production, direction of Colombian Felipe Martinez (“Cumbia Ninja<\/em>“, “Bluff<\/em>“) and Mexican \u00c1lvaro Curiel (“Battleship<\/em>“), the set of “2091<\/em>” will be extended for four months and will take place in Bogota one of the most attractive natural settings in Colombia, the desert of Tatacoa, the original music of the show is by the renowned composer Emilio Kauderer (“El Secreto de<\/em> sus ojos<\/em>“, “Metego<\/em>l”). Composed of 13 one hour episodes, the premiere is scheduled for the second half of this year on FOX.<\/p>\n
