The\u00a0Rio Content Market Conference inaugurated its eight edition with name and format changes.\u00a0Now it is\u00a0Rio2C to combine creativity and conferences, with an emphasis on international co-productions,\u00a0distribution\u00a0<\/b><\/span>a<\/wbr>nd export potential for local content.\u00a0<\/b>This new delivery of the meeting that takes place in the city of Rio de Janeiro in the Cidade Das Artes complex annually, also became a meeting place for companies in the music, technology and innovation sector.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>On April 4, the meeting began with\u00a0a presentation of the world-award-winning series\u00a0“Handmaid’s Tales”<\/i>, by the executive producers of the series.<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>Another attractive panel was\u00a0“Encomenda Drama: Gaumont”, in which Ezequiel Olzanski, VP Latin America TV Distribution and Co-production of the group spoke about the evolution of the dramatic series market.\u00a0<\/b>He announced that Gaumont will co-produce with Dynamo Producciones a fourth season of\u00a0“Narcos”\u00a0<\/i>for Netflix. He pointed out that Gaumont is looking to enter new markets in Latin America and Brazil, where it perceives a great international potential.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>The event seeks to consolidate as the most important in Latin America.<\/p>\n
