The event organized by Luz Marina Arango has the collaboration of the American SCTE and is characterized by the technical training sessions for cable operators and Internet access providers in the region.

In its first day, chats were presented with the already traditional prominent speakers such as engineers Tom\u00e1s Delgado Paredes and Juan Garc\u00eda Bish, journalist Gabriel Levy and Dr. Fernando Devis Morales, who over the last few years have been analyzing industry trends, its relationship with telcos and the irruption of streaming services.<\/div>\n
