network in Hispanic hands<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spanishbroadcasting.com\/\">Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc.<\/a> (the &#8220;Company&#8221; or<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;SBS&#8221;) (OTC Pink: SBSAA) announced today the sale of the Mega TV television network and certain associated assets to Voz Media for a total price of USD $64 million. The company was founded by businessman Orlando Salazar in Dallas, Texas.
