In Cannes at the Palais des Festivlas Animaze Showcase screened eleven animated short films.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Animaze \u2013 The Montreal International Animation Festival presented a showcase in Cannes yesterday \u00a0with Donovan Leitch<\/strong> who screened his TV series Tales of Aluna<\/em> to an exclusive invited audience.\u00a0 The globally acclaimed music artist Donovan is known for his hit songs Catch the Wind, Season of the Witch, Colours, Atlantis, Mellow Yellow, Sunshine Superman, The Hurdy Gurdy Man, Jennifer Juniper, and many more created and executive produced Tales of Aluna.<\/p>\n

Animaze Animation 2023 Showcase at Cannes is presented as an eclectic animation showcase as part of the Montreal International Animation Festival<\/strong> ramping up for its 10th year edition this coming September 17-19th in Montreal, Canada. In Cannes, the Animaze Showcase screened eleven short animation films, including the world premiere of Tales of Aluna from international recording artist Donovan.<\/p>\n

Tales of Aluna is a delightful animation romp, full of action, adventure and magic. The adventure comedy TV series begins when some humans crash land on the Island. Will they be a threat to the Island\u2019s ancient heritage and natural harmony? Will they reveal the Island\u2019s existence to the World at Large? The humans \u2013 from a 10-year-old \u201cGen Z\u201d girl and her manager Mum to a pop star and a greedy trickster pilot \u2013 ensure that trouble, laughs and adventure are always close.<\/p>\n

Donovan Leitch is widely regarded as one of the most influential songwriters and recording artists working today. At his induction into the R & R Hall of Fame in 2012 it was stated, \u201cDonovan singlehandedly initiated the Psychedelic Revolution with Sunshine Superman\u201d.<\/p>\n
