Directed by Daniela Goggi and starring Rodrigo De La Serna, it is a production produced by Paramount Television International Studios, Rei Cine and Infinity Hill<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a fictional political thriller inspired by real stories that occurred in that decade and the book \u201cEl salto dee pap\u00e1\u201d, by Mart\u00edn Sivak.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The film had a warm reception from the audience in Canada at its North American premiere within the framework of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF<\/strong>)<\/a>, in the ‘Special Presentations’ category. In attendance were the film’s protagonist Rodrigo de la Serna (La Casa de Papel), the director and renowned filmmaker Daniela Goggi (Abzurdah, El Hilo Rojo) and the producer Benjam\u00edn Domenech (Rei Cine).<\/p>\n

Also, Paramount+<\/a> revealed the first preview of the acclaimed film that will soon be released in theaters and in international markets where the streaming service is available.<\/p>\n

THE STORY <\/strong><\/p>\n

Takes place in Buenos Aires, in the 1980s. Julio Levy and his family return to Argentina after a long exile in order to enjoy his life in democracy and collaborate in the family business. An event alters his plans. His brother is kidnapped, forcing her to take his place in the family business, while he manages the company and leads a complex operation to rescue him. Julio will discover the face of the hidden forces that still operate behind the recently recovered Argentine democracy.<\/p>\n
