The traditional and father of events in Europe; MIPTV in this 61st version brought it to a close with this latest edition at the Palais Des Festivals<\/em> in Cannes, France.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

With 3,537 delegates, including 1,133 buyers from 84 countries. Lucy Smith, director of the entertainment division of RX France, held a press conference providing information on MIP TV London 2025.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The event ended on April 10, but with external meetings on the 11th and in which TVMAS<\/span> actively participated. With 135 exhibitors and a conference program, the event began with the previous weekend dedicated to unscripted production in MIPFormats and MIPDoc. Additionally, at the MIPLAB, topics related to the FAST and AVOD Summit were addressed.<\/p>\n

Lucy Smith, director of MIPTV and MIPCOM spoke about MIP London 2025. New event in the first half of the year, a complicated date in times of wars and financial crises, added to two events announced in January in Miami and prior to the Screenings of the ‘majors’ in Los Angeles, United States.<\/p>\n

Smith offered information about the venue and not the strategic platform for buyers and sellers. Surely it is early to talk about this important central axis.<\/p>\n

What is evident is that MIPCOM will strengthen itself as the most important event on the industry’s agenda, scheduled for October of this year, commemorating its historic 40th anniversary.<\/p>\n

MIP Canc\u00fan will be the favorite and obligatory event to close the year in a meeting of all continents with America with a specific agenda for meetings of producers, distributors and buyers.<\/p>\n

Localized Content and Globalization<\/strong>:<\/span> Adapting localized content for global audiences was a recurring theme. The exploration so that the content impacts different cultures and regions.<\/p>\n

Virtual and Augmented Reality<\/strong>:<\/span> VR and AR are gaining ground in content production and distribution. Creators are engaging viewers through these technologies.<\/p>\n

Sustainability and Social Responsibility<\/strong>:<\/span> The environmental and social impact. Steps are being taken to reduce the carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices. These topics will be booming in the new generations.<\/p>\n
