She currently leads sales and acquisitions in these territories with high-impact alliances and a global presence.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Clara Machado, Executive Director of Script Development at Endemol Shine Boomdog<\/strong>,<\/span> was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and has built a career focused on storytelling, production, and client relations. At Endemol Shine Boomdog, she leads script development and manages a portfolio of more than 25 projects annually, including &#8220;Like Water for Chocolate.&#8221; She also promotes diversity and inclusion through her leadership of the company&#8217;s Belong initiative.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Gachi Ciurluini, Vice President of Content Strategy at CanelaTV<\/strong>,<\/span> has over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry. She leads content development, acquisitions, and original productions for Hispanic audiences at CanelaTV. Her work drives strategic growth, creative innovation, and digital engagement, contributing to CanelaTV&#8217;s expansion across global platforms.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Patricia Jasin, Director of Content Sales for Latin America and General Manager for Colombia at Warner Bros. Discovery<\/strong><\/span>, oversees the commercialization of iconic IPs, such as Harry Potter and DC, in Latin America. With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership positions at TV Azteca International, Azteca Studios, Fly Content, and Frecuencia Latina International.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pilar Blasco, CEO of Banijay Iberia<\/strong>,<\/span> leads production labels in Spain and Portugal. She manages entertainment brands such as MasterChef, Operaci\u00f3n Triunfo, Gran Hermano, and La Isla de las Tentaciones. She was CEO of Endemol Shine Iberia and creative director of Zeppelin TV.
