Grupo Vytal announced its acquisition, in partnership with Latinoamericana de Redes y Comunicaciones SAC, to gain control of Latina TV Per\u00fa, one of the leading free-to-air television channels in the Andean country. The holding company is led by businessman Tom\u00e1s Yankelevich<\/strong>, who has extensive experience in the international audiovisual industry and long-standing ties to the television business and content production.<\/p>\n

This regional expansion strategy follows the group’s purchase of Chilevisi\u00f3n from Paramount Global, one of the leading free-to-air television channels in Chile. In a press release, Yankelevich stated: \u201cWe are happy and excited to have finalized this agreement. For years we have been observing the evolution of Latina TV Per\u00fa and its achievements on various platforms.
