knowledge sharing, and networking for companies and professionals in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This international gathering for Ibero-American audiovisual professionals brings together platforms, television networks, production companies, distributors, buyers, investors, creators, and other industry stakeholders. The event is driven by EGEDA and the Secuoya Foundation, in collaboration with FIPCA; it is sponsored by Madrid Film Office and Film Madrid Region, and supported by various institutions and sector entities, including the Cluster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The Cluster\u2019s space facilitated meetings with prominent representatives from the European and Latin American audiovisual industries<\/span><\/strong>, fostering the exchange of projects, experiences, and collaboration opportunities. Attendees included <strong>Iris Bucher<\/strong>, CEO and Producer at <strong>Quad Drama<\/strong> (France); <strong>Joao Maia<\/strong>, Head of Business and Coproductions at <strong>SPI<\/strong> (Portugal); <strong>Marcela Kartaszewicz<\/strong>, Head of Communications at <strong>DramaBox<\/strong>; <strong>David Urgell<\/strong>, Country Manager for Iberia and Business Development for Southern Europe at<strong> BBC Studios<\/strong> (Spain); and <strong>Alexander Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, VP of <strong>RNC Estudios<\/strong> (Colombia).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The presence of these professionals at the Cluster\u2019s stand helped strengthen ties with companies and executives from various markets and regions. The session was introduced by <strong>Ra\u00fal Izquierdo,<\/strong> Board Member of the Madrid Audiovisual Cluster and General Manager of Tech Brand Stories (TBS), Telef\u00f3nica Broadcast Services (Spain), and moderated by <strong>Henar Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, a cultural manager and communicator specializing in digital transformation and innovation within the creative and cultural industries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training session featured professionals and companies from various segments of the audiovisual value chain: <strong>Alberto Gonzalo and Luis Miguel Boedo<\/strong> from Tech Brand Stories (TBS), Telef\u00f3nica Broadcast Services; <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Farias and Alfonso Fulgencio<\/strong> from Paramotion Films; <strong>Marcos Requena<\/strong> from Xpost (Secuoya Content Group); <strong>Paula Ferrari<\/strong> from Hark Media (Go Global); <strong>Frank Belyeu<\/strong> from Story Pitcher; <strong>Rub\u00e9n Souto and Jos\u00e9 D\u00edaz<\/strong> from Scout&amp;Film; <strong>Jos\u00e9 Velasco,<\/strong> CEO of PLIA; and Mercedes Santalla, a consultant specializing in strategy and business development for creative and technological projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through these shared experiences, the event explored the application of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, as well as the evolution of business models and the new opportunities arising from the audiovisual sector&#8217;s technological transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>A Meeting with Berlinale Pro<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cluster\u2019s program also included a talk titled &#8220;Meet Tanja Meissner, Director of Berlinale Pro.&#8221; This event brought industry professionals together with Tanja Meissner, the director of Berlinale Pro\u2014the professional platform of the Berlin International Film Festival that encompasses initiatives such as the European Film Market, the Berlinale Co-Production Market, Berlinale Talents, and the World Cinema Fund.
