  • Following the impact of its first booth at MIP Cancun, the network consolidates its global positioning strategy from Miami.
  • The IBEROFIC pavilion is organized with the film commissions of Spain, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Baja California.

The IBEROFIC Network begins its 2026 international agenda with a prominent presence at Content Americas, where it will participate with its first regional pavilion and will sponsor the Rose d’Or Latino Awards, reaffirming its commitment to the global projection of the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.

After the highly positive results of its first presence with its own booth at MIP Cancun, this new initiative reinforces the network’s role as a key platform for accessing audiovisual production opportunities in Ibero-America.

Carolina Cordero, founder and promoter of IBEROFIC.

“The move from MIP Cancun to Content Americas with our first regional pavilion is a clear sign of the network’s maturity and international reach. IBEROFIC was created to simplify access to the region, and today we are consolidating that objective in the world’s leading markets.  In addition, sponsoring the Rose d’Or Latino Awards is part of our decision to support and showcase the creative excellence of Ibero-America in prestigious international venues, in line with the positioning we seek for the region,” said Carolina Cordero, founder and promoter of IBEROFIC.

The IBEROFIC pavilion, organized with the film commissions of Spain, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, and Baja California, and in collaboration with PAN Contenidos, DG Cine, FID Aval, and ARYSE Legal Studio, will bring together film commissions, audiovisual agencies, production companies, distributors, and promotional organizations from different Ibero-American territories. The space will offer the international market a unique point of access to 95% of the incentives, rebates, and production opportunities available in the region, concentrating strategic information for producers, studios, platforms, and international partners. “Miami is a natural hub for connecting Latin America with the United States and Europe.  Our presence at Content Americas allows us to showcase, in an integrated way, the strength of our territories, their creative diversity, and the competitiveness of their incentives.  It also provides the ideal setting for our first working meeting of 2026, where we will move forward with future announcements,” added Cordero.

Content Americas will also serve as the institutional meeting point for network members, where strategic issues will be addressed and progress will be made on signing new collaboration agreements with relevant players in the audiovisual sector. Details will be announced during the market.

IBEROFIC’s presence at this market marks a key new step in its international expansion strategy, strengthening its position in Miami, a natural hub connecting Latin America, the United States, and Europe. IBEROFIC consolidates its role as a regional gateway for co-productions, production services, incentives, and strategic alliances, transforming the way the international market accesses Latin America as a competitive, diverse, and highly attractive audiovisual territory.
