Following the purchase of Chilevisión, VYTAL continues its acquisitions in Latin America, reinforcing its media expansion in the region.
The powerful voice of Cayetana Aljovín, president of the board of directors of Latina TV Perú, celebrated the arrival of the investment group.

Grupo Vytal announced its acquisition, in partnership with Latinoamericana de Redes y Comunicaciones SAC, to gain control of Latina TV Perú, one of the leading free-to-air television channels in the Andean country. The holding company is led by businessman Tomás Yankelevich, who has extensive experience in the international audiovisual industry and long-standing ties to the television business and content production.

This regional expansion strategy follows the group’s purchase of Chilevisión from Paramount Global, one of the leading free-to-air television channels in Chile. In a press release, Yankelevich stated: “We are happy and excited to have finalized this agreement. For years we have been observing the evolution of Latina TV Perú and its achievements on various platforms. Through our experience in broadcast television and streaming, and having recently added Chilevisión to our portfolio, we want to strengthen Latina TV Perú, integrating new technologies to expand its massive reach, reinforce its leadership, and create content that enriches the lives of Peruvian families.”

The powerful voice of the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Latina TV Perú, Cayetana Aljovín, celebrated the arrival of the new investment group. “I am very pleased to have the track record and experience of the Vytal Group, which will guarantee the consolidation and internationalization of Latina TV Perú,” she noted.
The final closing of the transaction is subject to the verification of conditions and government authorizations in Peru, a process expected to be completed within the next three months.
