Moira Hogan, VPE of Sales and Distribution for APAC at ITV Studios.

Moira Hogan joins the company as Executive Vice President of Sales and Distribution for APAC, following her recent departure from BritBox International, where she served as Executive Vice President of International Markets and Managing Director for Australia for five years. Moira will begin her role in early February 2026, reporting to Tom Clark, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Commercial Strategy.
She will be responsible for leading the APAC sales team based in Sydney and Singapore, maximizing the value of ITV Studios‘ catalog of over 95,000 hours of finished programming across the region. In addition to cultivating client relationships, she will design growth opportunities tailored to the diverse local markets of the Asia-Pacific region. In her previous role, Moira successfully launched and expanded BritBox Australia, achieving consistent year-on-year subscriber and revenue growth, securing key partnerships, and overseeing a multi-million dollar investment to expand the service.
Moira brings to ITV Studios more than 20 years of experience in strategy, commercial leadership, partnerships, and operational content roles across the entertainment, media, and telecommunications sectors in Australia.
This news follows the decision of the current Executive Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Asia-Pacific, Augustus Dulgaro, to step down at the end of March 2026. Having held various management and operational roles within the Studios division over the past two decades, he has successfully driven revenue growth and strategic development.
