An event on a vibrant continent that adds FAME Week to MIP AFRICA has announced the finalists for the 2025 Inclusive Lens Awards, a celebration of filmmakers, creators, and storytellers who are pushing boundaries and transforming perspectives through film and television.

Tarryn Tomlinson will recognize fiction and non-fiction works in three categories: Diversity in Children’s Programming, Disability Representation, and LGBTQIA+ Representation.

Presented by Bronx Colors, a makeup brand, the Inclusive Lens Awards highlight African stories that reflect the continent’s culture and amplify overlooked voices. Bronx Colors is inspired by individuality and visibility, making them the perfect partner for a platform dedicated to inclusive storytelling.

Now in its second year, the Inclusive Lens Awards highlight bold and authentic works that challenge the status quo and promote representation.

The 2025 awards ceremony will take center stage on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, during Africa FAME Week in Cape Town, with global industry leaders attending Africa’s largest film and television gathering.
