The Ibero-American Film Commissions Network (IBEROFIC) invites film commissions, production companies, and audiovisual industry professionals to participate in the virtual panel “Sustainability Infrastructure for the Ibero-American Audiovisual Sector.” This free event, organized in partnership with the Panvision Latin America Cultural Association, will be held on July 23 at 11:00 AM (Argentina time).

Our partnership with Panvision/Ecovision strengthens our commitment to building alongside our partners a regional infrastructure that drives innovation and sustainability within the sector.”
The panel focuses on tools and strategies for advancing toward more sustainable audiovisual production, addressing topics such as green filming, impact measurement, and infrastructure development to foster the sector’s transformation in Latin America. The event will feature the presentation of the Ecovision platform, a sustainability infrastructure designed to support the Latin American audiovisual industry across the entire value chain. It provides tools, methodologies, and applied knowledge to transform data into decisions that generate a positive impact.
The panel will feature two key figures from the regional audiovisual sector
Marilha Naccari curator, researcher, and producer. A PhD candidate in Knowledge Engineering and Management at UFSC, she leads research and methodological development for Ecovision. She serves as Curatorial Director for Panvision festivals (including FAM) and is the founder of Chancela Naccari, her production company.
Alejandra Marano is an executive producer and the Coordinator of Strategic Integration and Social Impact at Ecovision. She is also the CEO of Construir TV and Construir CINE, the director of SANFIC ODS LAB, and is deeply involved in audiovisual initiatives linked to the 2030 Agenda.
This initiative is part of the institutional, technical, and strategic cooperation agreement signed between Iberofic and the Panvision Cultural Association through the Ecovision project. The partnership includes, among other actions, access to the Ecovision CO₂ calculator developed specifically for the Latin American context and Panvision’s participation in the Sustainable Filming Working Group. This IBEROFIC initiative aims to promote training, raise awareness, and develop viable protocols for the audiovisual sector.
