In total, the Russian signal in Spanish is available on more than 1,000 satellite and cable networks in Latin America, Spain and the US
The channel in Spanish expands its presence in Spain by launching its broadcast in Euskaltel, a reference convergent operator in northern Spain. The broadcast has begun within its access package ‘TV Leisure’, and in higher packages, on the dial 955 range where the news and international channels of the Euskaltel cable television service are located.
“We are pleased that thanks to the launch of our channel in Euskaltel, more inhabitants of the north of the country will have access to RT news, programs and documentaries,” comments the Director of the Russian channel in Spanish Victoria Vorontsova.
“With the incorporation of RT we reinforce our proposal for international news content in Euskaltel by providing our clients with up to 15 channels of this theme,” says Euskaltel’s Group Marketing Director Koldo Unanue.
RT in Spanish already broadcasts the basic Telecable packages, which operates in Asturias, and R with coverage in Galicia. So, thanks to the new release, RT is available in the main brands of the Euskaltel Group. In total, the Russian signal in Spanish is available on more than 1,000 satellite and cable networks in Latin America, Spain and the US.
