Renowned Music and Television Personalities Will Present the Coveted Awards on Stage


Today, Telemundo announced that the highly anticipated 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards will be hosted by two of the most renowned Latin American actors, Jacqueline Bracamontes and Danilo Carrera. The awards ceremony will take place on October 5 at the Watsco Center in Miami, Florida and will be broadcast live on Telemundo, starting at 7pm/6c. The show will also air simultaneously on the Hispanic entertainment cable channel Universo, Peacock, the Telemundo App, and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean on Telemundo Internacional. Tickets to the event are available on Ticketmaster.

This year’s event promises to be a memorable evening, with a host of prominent celebrities joining on stage to present the coveted awards. The list of presenters includes Daniel Arenas, Eslabon Armado, Verónica Bastos, Beéle, Giselle Blondet, Jessica Carrillo, Christian Chávez, Joaquin Cortés, DannyLux, Christian De La Campa, De La Ghetto, Myrka Dellanos, Kimberly Dos Ramos, Nadia Ferreira, Julia Gama, Paris Hilton, Ana Jurka, La Materialista, Penélope Menchaca, Rey Mysterio, Peter Nieto, Maite Perroni, Elena Rose, Alex Sensation, Mar Solís, Lourdes Stephen, Christopher Von Uckermann, and Samadhi Zendejas.


This will be the first time that Jacqueline Bracamontes and Danilo Carrera will host the Billboard Latin Music Awards, and the internationally acclaimed stars are ready to bring their unique talents and energy to the stage.

Jacqueline Bracamontes has starred in successful telenovelas and films such as Las Tontas No Van al Cielo, Heridas de Amor, and Sortilegio. As one of the most renowned personalities in Mexico and the United States, she has hosted important events in Spanish-language television such as the Latin American Music Awards on Telemundo, Latin Grammys, Premios TVyNovelas, and Nuestra Belleza México.

After an almost 10-year absence, she returned to acting in the Telemundo series La Suerte de Loli, and later starred in the Netflix film Un Padre No Tan Padre and its sequel Una Navidad No Tan Padre.

Born in Ecuador, Danilo Carrera is an award-winning actor and presenter in television and theater.  His acting career began with his first role in the Telemundo telenovela, Relaciones Peligrosas, after which he participated in the Nickelodeon series, Grachi, among others.  Most recently, Danilo signed an agreement with Telemundo and will star in various Telemundo Global Studios original productions and several of the network’s entertainment shows and specials. Prior to acting, Carrera was a professional soccer player in Ecuador and modeled for various international brands.
