Kidscreen Summit 2020 successfully opened the doors in Miami

With more than 2,000 delegates from 50 countries from February 9 to 13, Kidscreen Summit 2020 brings together creators, producers, buyers, distributors and broadcasters in the heart of Miami to exchange ideas, analyze the industry and do business

 Kidscreen Summit is recognized as the most important annual event of the children’s entertainment industry. The event welcomed more than 2,000 attendees from more than 50 countries. Top industry leaders attend this event to take advantage of the best business networks of the year and to engage in a critical dialogue on the issues  affecting the industry.
Day 9th started with the pitches and yesterday the event shone with the great offer of exhibitors, high-level conferences, master class and innovative formats to analyze the industry and do networking.
 The 30-minute sections with … provided the opportunity to establish direct conversation with Jules Borkent & Layla Lewis of Nickelodeon; Marie McCann of CBC Kids; Qing Fan of Tencent Video; Henrietta Hurford-Jones of BBC Studios; Katie Wilson of Corus Kids; Aaron Davidson of HBO Max Animation.
The OTT platforms also played an important role in the 30-minute sections with Craig Hunter of Sony Pictures Entertainment; Curtis Lelash of Netflix Animation and David Cho of SK Broadband.
 Thus, the event closed its second day with cocktails by Tencent Video, BBC Studios and PBS KIDS to finish in a cocktail offered by the event on the beautiful terrace of the Intercontinental Hotel with the impressive view of the port of Miami.
The event will continue today until the 13th at the Intercontinental Hotel in the heart of Miami.
