APPOINTMENTS | BUSINESS | CO-PRODUCTIONS
The giant appointed Angela Colla as its new director of International Business, replacing Raphael Corrêa Netto now director of the company’s Non-Sports Pay TV Channels.
The executive, worked as head of International Sales, has more than 15 years of experience in the company’s international area, and has led important agreements, including one with Televisa, involving Globoplay and Vix+. In her new position, she will seek to expand Globo’s repertoire of business models and will oversee both licensing and international co-productions.
The area has recently expanded its structure with the incorporation of Monica Athayde, as head of international co-productions, who will report directly to Colla. She will be the area leader and will have the goal of finding strategic alliances and negotiating co-production models.
Angela Colla has worked in companies such as Globosat, Endemol Globo, and Luccas Neto Studios. She has an MBA in management and leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
