During the event that began yesterday, organized by ATVC and CAPPSA, in Buenos Aires, Gonzalo Hita COO of Telecom Argentina highlighted in a panel the importance of the customer as the center of the strategy.

During his presentation, the director of Telecom Argentina highlighted that the company’s strategy “is defined with the customer at the center. We provide an ecosystem of products so that the customer has reasons to stay, to reduce churn, with connectivity on the one hand, entertainment on the other, and products based on our technological capabilities.”

Consuming does not only require prices and products. “We had to modify service standards to adapt to the new reality. We had to bring installation times to a maximum of 48 hours, simplify the contact channels via WhatsApp, incorporate assistance to the technician at home, among others.”
