Currently, as Chairman of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, he leads a world-class media company—a benchmark in the production and distribution of premium Spanish-language content for U.S. Hispanics and audiences worldwide.
Throughout his career, he has held strategic positions at major companies within the sector, serving as Executive President of the RTVE Corporation and as Director of News at Canal+, Telecinco, Cadena SER, Radio EL PAÍS, and Cadena COPE. Added to this is his tenure as International Executive Director for Real Madrid in the Asia-Pacific region, where he spearheaded the brand’s global expansion.
In the United States, he served as Executive Vice President of Telemundo Network News, as well as President of Univision Studios and of Entertainment at Univision Communications—making him the only Spanish executive to have attained such high-ranking positions within the U.S. audiovisual industry.
