Marlon Quintero successfully closed its IV Seminar of Innovation in Content Creation, in Miami

The Seminar on Innovation in Creation of Content for Media (InnovationMCC) offered in its fourth edition, an appetizing menu with very creative recipes contributed by a group of expert speakers. One of them, a Hollywood writer and producer.

Executives from companies such as Hulu, Viacom Networks, FremantleMedia, Televisa, Univision, CBS4 and Diageo, among many other personalities from industry, gathered last April 19 at the University of Miami, where the event transpired.

Viacom International Studios, Televisa, FremantleMedia Latin America and Imagina US were sponsors. And of course, TVMAS was not only present but also part of the sponsors as Media Partner.

Marlon Quintero served as speaker and moderator, while he shared the methodology explained in his book Innovation for Media Content Creation while the speakers alternated with the likes of Miriam Luciow, VP of Production and Development of Viacom International Media Networks, Americas and Richard Váczy, writer and producer nominated for the Golden Globes and Emmy Awards.

Some of the speakers offered their talk using the wonders of technology, as did David Baron, VP of Strategic Alliances Content of Hulu, who via Skype from Los Angeles, gave succulent recipes on what is innovation. And of course, puts the finger on the sore over the challenges of traditional TV.

Natalia Rodriguez, manager of Sales and Production of FremantleMedia for Latin America; Patrice Choghi, Head of Alternative Content and Entertainment of Televisa USA, scoring several plaudits for his brilliant speech.

Kevin Mills, VP of Digital Strategy of Univision; Oswaldo Graziani, Plop VP Creative Media Content and co-creator of the animated web series of political satire, Heads of Space … also with a very lively conversation. Well, it is his job and where Graziani is magnificent.

Jasmin Manner, Senior VP Marketing and Innovation at Diageo for West Latin America and Caribbean; Clay Ewing, professor of Interactive Media and Videogames at the University of Miami.

Silva Harapetian, journalist for channel CBS4 Miami and leading Content Creation Strategy for Silva Media Group; Pablo Keller and Laszlo Rencsar, Managing Partner & COO of Twins2Screen; and interactive series creators Nicolas Cuneo and Pablo Mayer, co-founders of The Other Guy, who surprised the audience.

Singer-songwriter, Raquel Sofia, nominated for Best New Artist at the 16th edition of the Latin Grammy Awards, lit up the room when interpreting a cappella of her song “Yo te Amo Idiota” and then shared her success story using emerging platforms to popularize music.

Marlon Quintero, director of CIC Media is a professional widely recognized in the international industry and was very happy and grateful to the results of the fourth day, he looks to be around for a long time.
