Argentine Fútbol Association (AFA) closed agreement with BB


The agreement contemplates receiving metrics from Television and piracy in the Americas

The Asociación del Fútbol Argentina (AFA) and BUSINESS BUREAU (BB) made an agreement to be able to have different metrics that make all the Contents of Argentine Soccer, both from their National Championships and the Senior Team (Friendlies and Qualifiers), throughout America.

Claudio Fabián Tapia, President of AFA stated: “One of the main objectives we set for ourselves at the beginning of this management was to improve the commercialization of Argentine football, both in local tournaments and in the national team. We have grown a lot in generating new resources and in this process it is essential to know our audiences, to continue expanding the borders of our football and generate new income in important markets. This agreement allows us to work with a lot of information and market studies that will help us make better decisions. We are in an extremely professional world and the AFA must respond to its associated clubs and sponsors who accompany us, in order to defend and improve the audiovisual assets of this Institution “.

Tomás Gennari, CEO of BUSINESS BUREAU (BB) complemented: “It is an honor for BB to return to football, which we have been accompanying for 20 years through multiple types of studies. We know that AFA is a demanding institution since it requires to know instantly the audiovisual performance of its contents, starting with the impact generated on the audience itself. Our company is the only one in Latin America that is in a position to respond to this data accurately”.

Both parts pledged to work together to combat content piracy as well as to analyze which areas of the world do not have coverage of local soccer to find a way to improve its arrival in all corners of the planet.
