Liliam Hernandez (CEO) and Gema Lopez (COO) announced the opening of a Universal Cinergia Dubbing (UCD) sales office in Los Angeles. The office will be headed by Elisa Aquino, V.P. Sales & Marketing, who has recently moved to Los Angeles and will now head the west coast Sales division as a client service liaison, working more closely with the studios and production companies there.
She began working with UCD in 2016. UCD has been expanding rapidly, adding new studios in some of the international locations where it has a presence, such as in Mexico and Brazil. There is a momentous growth with several projects going on with clients worldwide, so having a presence on the west coast is a natural consequence of it.
This marks the first time for a West Coast base for the company. “Opening an office in Los Angeles will allow us to be closer to clients and to expand our outreach to companies in the area. Having a presence in California is a natural evolution for us”, says Liliam Hernandez. “We are confident that Elisa Aquino will bring in new clients in the area as well as strengthen our existing relationships.”
