The Colombian capital will become the heart of Latin America’s audiovisual industry from July 6 to 10, 2026. This marks the seventeenth edition of the Bogotá Audiovisual Market (BAM), an initiative led by Proimágenes Colombia and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce that annually brings together producers, filmmakers, distributors, platforms, investors, and creators from the sector.

This year, BAM arrives with a renewed commitment to strengthening Bogotá’s position as a strategic meeting point for the region’s audiovisual industry. Thanks to a partnership with Netflix, 40 filmmakers and creators,  20 from Colombia and 20 from abroad will participate in this category, marking a milestone in the market’s Latin American focus. There were 105 applications from 13 countries, including Bolivia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
