Time is running out for the start of a new edition of the event that brings together leading developers, producers, device manufacturers and cable operators of the region. The Jornadas Internacionales of Cable Television will be held on September 14th, 15th and 16th September in Hotel Hilton in Buenos Aires. The event, as every year, is organized by ATVC and the Chamber of Programmers and Producers of Audiovisual Signals (CAPPSA).
“This is a special year for us. In addition to generating space for the presentation of releases on content and devices, we will pursue the discussion on trends on the TV of the future. The industry leaders will give the necessary debate for the strengthening our activity,” said Walter Burzaco, President of ATVC.
“It’s the first time in history that television consumed so much content. Best of all this is that its a growing phenomenon. Therefore, we can say that today the TV industry is more alive than ever,” said Sergio Veiga, President of CAPPSA.
“We are in a context that is looming favorable, with more and better content offers. For more than 30 years in Jornadas we have accepted the challenge of the innovations that the market presents every year, as well as the ravages of certain malicious regulations” analyzed Burzaco.
Jornadas is a space for analysis, discussion and screening of initiatives, launching of proposals linked to convergent services, the expectations of new audiences and the necessary regulation of non-traditional actors such as OTT, among other issues.
